All RoyalPearalicious orders are shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse in Porto, Portugal. You will be informed of the availability of your package at your delivery address by email. A form of identification will be required in order to receive your package.
RoyalPearalicious is unable to guarantee delivery of an order if the address has been typed incorrectly.
National or European Countries orders will be delivered by CTT or Delnext.
International orders will be delivered by CTT, Chronopost, DHL, Fedex or  TNT within 2-8 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
RoyalPearalicious will not be responsible for unpredictable and force major events.

At RoyalPearalicious we ship our products worldwide with courier traceable service . The shipping cost include insurance and will be automatically calculated according to the country of delivery and displayed when you check out you items.
Delivery is free in Portugal for orders over 100€ and for all international orders over 300€.

Shipping to Portugal is 4,00€
In the case of Spain, France, Monaco, Belgium, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden and the United Kingdom the value is 9.50€
Shipping to other European countries is 15€
For the United States of America or Canada, the shipping cost is 20€
Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, 25€
And for all the rest of the world of 40 €

International shipments outside the European Economic Community might incur additional taxes, duties or customs fees, that the customer may have to assume.
 If an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, Royal Pearalicious reserves the right to charge for shipping cost both ways, as well as any additional fee that might occur.
 Royal Pearalicious insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Upon delivery the responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient which is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Royal Pearalicious and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Don’t worry because it’s very easy.

To exchange or return any Royal Pearalicious piece, just send us an email to [email protected] . All exchanges are subject to the availability from our current stock at www.royalpearalicious.com.

Any Royal Pearalicious piece must be returned or exchanged in its original condition, ie not washed, without any signs of use and with the label not broken, within a maximum period of 15 working days after its receipt. The articles must be accompanied by original invoice.

In case the exchange or return is made via courier will have the customer to assume the total costs of shipping.

Royal Pearalicious assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned parts, so we advise you to send the articles with an order number so that it can be tracked.

Upon receipt of the Royal Pearalicious parts and verified their perfect condition, the value will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs. Any tax or additional charge you may have, will not be refunded by Royal Pearalicious.

The Royal Pearalicious staff takes every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available.

If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at [email protected] about the fault.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 5 business days of being received by you.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items will take place as soon as possible.

Royal Pearalicious prices include all taxes for orders in Europe. But, any order may be subject to customs duties and country of destination fees that will have to be borne by the customer.

At the end of the order you must enter the promotional code, the total will be automatically updated, under the current campaign condition.
